How to enrol

How to enrol

In order to process your booking and enrol you on your chosen language course abroad we need a completed enrolment form from you along with a deposit of £200 or €250.

If you prefer you can call us on 01209 710500 and we can take your enrolment over the phone.

When enrolling on a language course we require a £200 or €250 deposit. The balance of the course fees is required 8 weeks before the start of your course.

If you enrol within the 8 weeks before your course the full amount will be due on enrolment.

Paying by instalments

We are happy to discuss a payment plan with you if you would prefer to pay by instalments, providing the full amount is received within 8 weeks of the course start date.

Processing your booking

Once we have received your completed enrolment form and your deposit of £200 or €250. We can then enrol you with your chosen language school.
Please note that if you enrol within the 8 weeks prior to the commencement of your language course full fees will be required on enrolment before we can process your enrolment.

Confirmation

We will endeavour to confirm your language course to you via email within 24-48 hrs (Please allow for schools being closed at the weekends or public holidays). Please note your place on a language course is not confirmed once we received your booking and deposit/or full fees, it is only confirmed once we have enrolled you with the school and sent you written confirmation by email. Please do not book your flights until we have confirmed your course to you via email.

Your invoice

You will be invoiced in euros (dollars for a few schools) as this is the static prices that we pay to the school and this amount will not change. You can of course pay in Sterling (GBP) or in Euro’s (EUR). If you would like to pay in a different currency to that which you have been invoiced in we will set the exchange rate according to the rate on the day that you pay. For more information please give us a call and we will happily explain.

To summarise you will receive the following documents from us:

  • Confirmation: Confirming the language course, accommodation and any extras booked.
  • Invoice: detailing the balance of fees due and the payment date.
  • Student Guide: Detailed, important information about your language course programme. IMPORTANT – Make sure you read this prior to your course.
  • Flight form: To be completed and returned to us 2 weeks prior to the commencement of your course.
  • Language Test: Where applicable, to be completed on-line or via email.
  • Accommodation details & Map: Details will be sent to you 7-10 days prior to the commencement of your course.

Please note that if you are paying in Sterling and have been invoiced in Euros or Dollars, the rate of exchange will be set on the date that you make your payment in order to be as fair as possible to both parties.

Credit/Debit Card
We accept payments from the following cards:

  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • Solo

Please note: All credit card transactions are subject to a 2.75% surcharge. There are no charges for payments made by debit cards. We do not accept American Express.

BACS Payment

We accept payment via BACS Payment.

Please notify us if you make a payment via Bank transfer or BACS payment so that we know to check for your payment.

Barclay’s Pingit

This is only available for Sterling payments.

If you have a UK Barclay’s current account, a UK mobile number and smartphone, and are aged 16 or over you can download the Barclays Pingit app and send us your payment via your mobile phone.
To make a payment using the app follow the instructions on your phone:

1. Type in our mobile number: 07581 052300

2. Select how much you want to send and confirm your payment.

We will then be notified that you have made a payment to our Sterling account.
