The Spanish school in Seville is set in a modern, fully equipped and refurbished historical mansion in the heart of Seville, just a short walk from all the major places of interest. There is a central patio and a peaceful roof top terrace with a plunge pool and sunbeds.
The school has 30 fully equipped, bright and spacious classrooms, with air conditioning and a large variety of resources. Facilities also include a multimedia room, a language bookstore, a conference room, and computers with Wi-Fi access and a lift for disabled access. The Spanish School provides students with high-quality facilities and lessons in an attractive learning environment.

This short term course is suitable for students that want a general Spanish course focusing on the four key language skills: speaking, reading, writing and listening. Suitable for students with previous knowledge of Spanish or complete beginners that have a short time to learn Spanish in Seville.

Intensive course

Combined courses
Students follow the Standard Spanish course and have an extra 5 or 10 private lessons each week depending on how intensive a course they desire. Private tuition

DELE preparation course
Students follow the Spanish Standard course with 10 lessons per week specifically tailored to DELE Exam preparation. DELE exams are held in May, July and November.

Spanish for 50+ course
The Spanish 50+ course focuses on the acquisition of Spanish languages skills for students 50 or over, through the most important traditions and cultural events of Spain. Spanish wine tasting, the Feria of Seville, and Flamenco dance and music all form an integral part of Andalusia’s society. This course is a cultural and language holiday for students 50+ who are young at heart and wish to learn Spanish in Seville for leisure and personal enrichment . Accommodation
Host Family
This accommodation option suits students who want to immerse in everyday Spanish life and tradition, and enjoy family atmosphere and meals. The Spanish host families are selected on several criteria: location, quality of the lodging, furniture, equipment and food. Families are also selected on the basis of their hospitality and positive feedback from students.
This option is available as breakfast, half-board or full-board. Weekly laundry and cleaning is included. Although you will have your own keys to come and go as you please, you will have to respect some rules and schedules, especially for mealtimes. Some higher standard rooms with private bathroom are available on request.
Shared flat
Shared flats are offered to Spanish students by locals who are eager to share their apartment with our students. As with the home stay option, this accommodation is carefully selected on a variety of criteria. This option gives you freedom and gives you access to all facilities, kitchen, bathroom, etc. This formula is an excellent solution for those looking for independence, but who still wish to practice Spanish at home.
Student Residence
For those who want to live with other international students. The Student Residences are located in the heart of the historical centres of Seville and within walking distance of the school.
Seville has three residences: El Rinconcillo and Segovias. Each residence contains single or double rooms shared between six to fifteen students. They are fully equipped, self-catering and include a kitchen, a large living room and all necessary equipment.
Santa Ana apartments & Studios
Two historical buildings including 10 entirely furnished and fully-equipped apartments and 8 studios in Seville’s centre (about a 10 minute walk from the school).
The historic mansions Santa Ana (which previously housed the school) are situated on a pedestrian street and have been completely renovated and modernised. All architectural elements from the original buildings (patios with marble columns, ceramic tiles, floor tiles, ceilings, etc) have been preserved to blend in with the contemporary style of its furniture.
Calle Santa Ana’s surroundings have changed a lot over the last few years. The Alameda de Hercules is a large promenade for outdoor leisure, surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants. It’s one of the fashionable areas for going out. Many of the historic houses around the Alameda have been renovated so as to return to their previous splendour.
High Standard apartments:
The apartments are luminous, bright, tastefully furnished and have air-conditioning, heating, elevator, TV and washing machine. The communal roof terrace and patios offer a pleasant environment for relaxing outdoors. Wireless internet is also available throughout the building. Each apartment consists of living room and fully equipped kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom. All apartments are a different shape and are between 50 and 60m2 in size. Towels and linen are changed weekly. Same price for individual or double use. All expenses such as water and electricity included up to 50 €/month.
High Standard studios:
The studios have either individual or double rooms including fully equipped kitchenette and own bathroom. They all have air-conditioning, heating and TV. The communal roof terrace and patios offer a pleasant environment for relaxing outdoors. Wireless internet is also available throughout the building. Each studio measures between 20 and 30m2. Towels and linen are changed weekly.

A transfer service from Seville airport to your accommodation is available at an extra cost. Alternatively we can provide you with advice on travel.

Activities
Seville is the ideal place to experience the Spanish way of life due to the wide range of cultural activities it can provide. The Spanish school in Seville offers students a daily programme of social activities to help them discover the city and its history. This varied programme helps students to fit into their new lifestyle in addition to the language classes they receive. The vast majority of activities are free.
Example of a weekly cultural programme:
- Monday: Spanish film night
- Tuesday: Walking tour of Seville and the places of interest
- Wednesday: Intercambio hour and visit to Casa Pilatos
- Thursday: Football match with students and teachers
- Friday: Visit to Plaza de Espana and Parque de Maria Luisa
- Saturday: Full day excursion to Cordoba
Information
How to get to Seville
By plane:
Seville is easily reached by air from other major European airports. Regular flights as well as low cost offer flights to Seville: Air Berlin, Air France, Air Europa, Air Nostrum, British airways, Iberia , Orbest, Royal air Morocco, Ryanair, Tap Portugal, Transavia.com, Vueling airlines, XL Airways France.
When arriving at Seville airport, the best is you take a taxi to the accommodation address, which will cost approximately 25 €. Nevertheless, there is also a shuttle bus to the centre of the city.
The Airport bus leaves every 30 min to Jardines del Prado (Avenida del Cid) of central Seville. One-way-ticket: 4,00 €
Airport pick-up service:
The school provides a shuttle service for 56 € (one way), directly from the airport to the accommodation.
The chauffeur will hold a sign with the student’s name on it. If the student does not see him, he should wait at Iberia luggage claim counter in the arrival hall.
NB: Should the student not arrive with the flight confirmed, and if changes of the arrival details are not received in the office by 13:00 on Friday, he/she will lose the transfer and will have to arrange an alternative transport to the accommodation. We recommend that the student takes a taxi.
From Malaga:
The school provides a shuttle service for 236 € (one way), directly from the Malaga airport to the accommodation in Seville.
During the summer, the price of the shuttle service would be 50 € (one way).
From Malaga airport, it is possible to take a bus to the Malaga bus station. From there, there is a DIRECT bus service to Seville (run by the ALSINA GRAELLS
company). A one way ticket costs approximately 17 €. The journey from Malaga to Seville takes around 2 hours and 45 minutes.

From Madrid
Train Station in Seville: Avda. de Kansas City s/n;Tel: 95 454 02 02 Since 1992,
Seville has boasted a high-speed train (AVE) which arrives at the Madrid Puerta de Atocha station in two and a half hours. This train travels from Seville to Madrid 15 times a day with stops in Córdoba and Ciudad Real. The AVE has different rates depending on the time of day.

From Jerez de la Frontera
Jerez is only 70Km from Seville. Many international flights now land at Jerez international airport. From Jerez it is relatively easy to come to Seville either by
train or bus.
There are five daily buses that depart Jerez to Seville. The trip takes a bit more than an hour and costs around 8 €. The company running these buses is called

Alternatively, students can get a train from Jerez train station. There are more than 12 trips to Seville from Jerez daily and the price is around 9€.
